Die Anakonda war f\u00fcr Guide Giovanny leicht auszumachen, weil das Wasser niedrig war. Ich wusste nicht wirklich, was ich von einer &#8220;kolumbianischen Safari&#8221; erwarten sollte, aber ich freute mich sehr darauf. Wir brachen mit einer kleinen Gruppe auf: Das niederl\u00e4ndische Ehepaar Anneke und Ted mit ihrer kolumbianischen \u00dcbersetzerin Gabriela, Reiseleiter Giovanny und ich. Auf der anderen Seite des Flusses wartete bereits der Jeep auf uns.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><b>Baumameisenfresser<\/b><br \/>Bald darauf hielt der Jeep an einem Baum an. Ich schaute in die \u00c4ste, um zu sehen, ob ich irgendwelche V\u00f6gel sehen konnte, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass ich in den Baum selbst schauen musste, in dem ein Tamandua (Baumameisenb\u00e4r) schlief.   <\/span><span>Schweigend beobachteten wir das kleine Tier. Es war ein so niedlicher Anblick: wir konnten seine Augen und seine lange Schnauze sehr gut sehen. So wie es aussah, war das Tier an Menschen gew\u00f6hnt, die es beobachten wollten, denn es \u00f6ffnete kurz die Augen und schlief dann weiter.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Oase<\/strong><br \/><\/span><span>Danach fuhren wir quer durch die Savannenlandschaft zu einer Lagune, um V\u00f6gel zu beobachten und zu wandern. Dies war ein traumhafter Ort, der wie eine Oase in der W\u00fcstenlandschaft war. Schon bald sahen wir drei Kaimane aus n\u00e4chster N\u00e4he und eine Menge V\u00f6gel. Unter ihnen fiel mir der rote Ibis am meisten ins Auge.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Afrika-Safari?<\/strong><br \/>Wir gingen zu einer kleineren Lagune, in der es viele Wasserschweine gab. Mit all diesen Tieren am Wasserbecken sah es wirklich wie eine Safari in Afrika aus! Auf dem Weg dorthin sahen wir drei kleine Eulen, die sich ein Loch unter dem Boden gegraben hatten. Zu niedlich! Wir sahen auch Raubv\u00f6gel, die \u00fcber die Lagune &#8220;wachten&#8221;, Wildpferde und K\u00fche. Die Anakonda war f\u00fcr Guide Giovanny leicht zu entdecken, da das Wasser niedrig war. Das Tier lag ruhig in einer Ecke&#8230; Ich h\u00e4tte nicht gedacht, dass ich jemals eine Anakonda so nah sehen w\u00fcrde!    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Siesta auf Hato la Aurora<br \/><\/strong>Um der Hitze zwischen 12 und 15 Uhr zu entkommen, verbrachten wir diese Zeit im Haupthaus von <em>Hato<\/em> la Aurora. Wir wurden mit einer (winzigen) Tasse Kaffee auf der Ranch begr\u00fc\u00dft.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Es gab viele kleine V\u00f6gel und auch 2 Aras, es gab also viel zu sehen. Au\u00dferdem konnten wir herumlaufen und die Arbeitsger\u00e4te der kolumbianischen Cowboys sehen. Aufgrund einer Beerdigung in Yopal arbeiteten nur zwei Personen. Der Rest der Arbeiter war in Yopal, so dass es auf der Ranch sehr ruhig war.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Auf der Suche nach Jaguaren<\/strong><br \/>Nach dem Mittagessen und einer wunderbaren Siesta in der H\u00e4ngematte setzten wir die Safari fort. Unsere Mission: die Suche nach Jaguaren! Am Vortag hatte Giovanny eine Mutter mit Baby gesehen und wir hofften nat\u00fcrlich, sie auch zu sehen! Bei einem Spaziergang durch den Wald entdeckte Guide Giovanny Jaguarf\u00e4hrten. Die Spuren waren zwar nicht frisch, aber Giovanny beschloss, dass wir trotzdem einen Blick in den Wald werfen w\u00fcrden.      <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Riesiger Ameisenb\u00e4r<\/strong><br \/>Wir mussten sehr leise sein, um die Tiere nicht zu erschrecken. An einer Stelle h\u00f6rten wir Bl\u00e4tter knistern&#8230;. Ich hatte das Gef\u00fchl, dass alle aufgeregt waren. An einer Stelle sahen wir einen riesigen Ameisenb\u00e4ren durch den Wald rennen. Das sind nachtaktive Tiere, also hatten wir Gl\u00fcck, dieses besondere Tier zu sehen!      <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Unz\u00e4hlige V\u00f6gel<\/strong><br \/>Danach fuhren wir zu einer anderen Lagune, wieder mit unz\u00e4hligen Vogelarten. Wir blieben eine Weile hier, um die V\u00f6gel zu beobachten und abzuwarten, ob die Jaguare auftauchen w\u00fcrden. Wir hatten nicht so viel Gl\u00fcck wie die Safarig\u00e4ste am Vortag, denn wir sahen die Jaguare nicht. Ehrlich gesagt, machte uns das nicht viel aus, denn die Safari war ohnehin mehr als erfolgreich. Wir genossen noch eine Weile den Klang all der V\u00f6gel und die Ruhe. Als die Sonne unterging, war die Aussicht absolut atemberaubend. In der Dunkelheit fuhren wir zur\u00fcck zum Fluss, f\u00fcr die \u00dcberfahrt zur Lodge.
