About Wingo
Wingo is a low-cost airline, which as of 2016 operates flights within Colombia and from Colombia to South and Central America. It also flies to the Caribbean, including Curaçao and Aruba. Owner is Copa Holdings S.A.

The concept
The base price is kept low. You pay extra for checked baggage, seat selection, extra legroom, airport check in etc. Every ticket, even the cheapest basic ticket, offers the possibility to change your flight once.

Booking

• Prices can vary by day of the week and spike tremendously around holidays and vacations. Compare well before you book!
• Beware, because checked baggage is checked by default and should be unchecked when traveling with carry-on baggage only!
• Payment can only be made by Visa or Mastercard
• The Netherlands is listed under Paises Bajos. We searched groggily for Holanda, but you won’t find it there -:)

Hand Luggage

• You may take 1 personal item on board and 1 piece of carry-on baggage free of charge
• Maximum size for the personal item is 40x35x25cm (height x length x width) and maximum weight 6kg
• Maximum size for carry-on luggage is 55x45x25cm (height x length x width) and maximum weight 10kg
• Liquids must be put in bottles of max. 100ml together in 1 clear ziplock bag. You may bring a maximum of 1 liter of liquids. You must be able to show this bag when checking your luggage, so keep it within reach.
